we enjoyed location and service, it had everything that we wanted for our holiday. wonderful local attractions like nozyk synagogue were adjacent to the hotel.

Super beds in the rooms. Zacheta was easy to reach.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Booked a double room on Zelazna street, the apartment faces courtyard in a noew building on 9th floor. Quiet, staircase with carpet floor. Very modern apartment, large bathroom, all equipment you need, cuper comfortable bed and clean and comfortable linen and bed sheets. Great stay! For the price of mid range hotel you have a flat for your own. Grocery is downstairs, to the city centre 5 min by cab or 1 min by bus that runs every 5 min on weekdays. Will surely come back !

The staff in the reception and info line is very polite and even pretentious but totally unprepared and useless. Anything I wanted they politely communicated that the case will be dealt with but with no results. Strong training on effective customer management is badly needed. The shower in bathroom has no doors just a material sheet, so the water flows down the bathroom floor.

Good location, big apartment, good furniture

Bathroom was clean, just drain hole was blocked and I cleaned it myself.

The Apartements location is near to the city center. There is supermarket in front of the apartement that open from 6am-22pm.

Well-equipped, well-designed and clean apartment with balcony near city centre with a good net of transportation.

A bit complicated access to building. It's necessary to take and return the keys in a different building, some meters away. It was a bit noisy with neighbours around repairing flats. There's no AC.

Good location, new and modern renovation, apartment is equipped well (iron, washing machine etc), good furniture.

No air condition, WIFI didn't worked and was not fixed during my stay, pillow is cheap and too big (my neck was on pain next morning and rest days I slept with sofa pillow), no soap holder on shower cabin (soap should stay on floor), apartment was cleaned long time ago (visible dust).

The apartment was almost, if not, new. Beautiful furniture, very modern, and everything you could ever need is there.

spacious, modern and very well equipped apartment, with fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and balcony. Relatively close to city center and well connected by public transport. Friendly and helpful English-speaking reception service, provides a reliable airport shuttle.

Unfortunately no room service, a very clean apartment turns slowly messy unless you clean it yourself ;-)

Location was good and bed was comfortable. We liked the bath as well.

This website said the apartment came with a DVD player so we brought a few DVDs to watch on a cosy night in, however there was no DVD player at all. When we enquired about this, we were simply told the apartment wasn't supposed to have one, so we were misinformed. Also the blinds in the bedroom were broken, letting light in and allowing people in the office block opposite to see into the bedroom. We told Platinum about this (it required 3 phone calls) from about 3pm and they finally said someone would go THE NEXT DAY to fix it, but nobody came for the duration of our stay.

security of the appartment not friendly

I picked the place because of its location next door to my business meetings. Was pleasantly surprised by the size and standard of the apartment.

Excellent stay, the apartment is very modern, spacious and clean. Located in the 9th floor overlooking quiet lane. All amenities there. Very comfortable bed and linen. Big tv, Wifi, everything you need. Surely will come back. Reception working like in hotel, no problem in getting or depositing the keys.

Comfortable apartment with a lot of space and nice interior for the money paid (184 zl/day). Good working wifi. No problem to find cheap and good food in nearby shops for own cooking of both breakfast, dinner and lunch of you like. Walking to central for Train to apartment 30 minutes. Good service (new reception nearby will be available soon).

Difficult to find if you havent visit platinum before. Only Polish channels. Little far away from central areas, walking approx 2 km. It is an apartment, not a hotel. No safe in room, be carefull.
